Shipping policy

The Cheese Atelier makes fresh, perishable cheese in New Delhi and delivers only to eligible addresses in Delhi NCR. We do not ship cheese across India or by standard courier.

Delivery area

Chilled local delivery is available to addresses within 40 km of our Chhatarpur kitchen. Address eligibility and the applicable distance band are confirmed at checkout.

Delivery charges

  • Up to 10 km — ₹135
  • Up to 15 km — ₹160
  • Up to 20 km — ₹190
  • Up to 25 km — ₹230
  • Up to 30 km — ₹285
  • Up to 35 km — ₹310
  • Up to 40 km — ₹330

The charge is calculated from our Chhatarpur kitchen to the delivery address. Orders outside the eligible radius cannot be delivered.

Order timing and delivery estimate

Jars are prepared fresh for local delivery. Eligible orders may be delivered the same day or on the next available delivery day, depending on the delivery address, order time and kitchen capacity. The available estimate is shown or confirmed during ordering.

Order cutoff: no fixed cutoff is promised on this policy page. The current cutoff, when applicable, is shown during ordering or confirmed by our team and may change with kitchen and delivery capacity.

Chilled handling and storage

Orders are packed for chilled local transport. Please have someone available to receive the order and refrigerate every jar immediately on arrival. Keep the cheese continuously refrigerated, use a clean, dry spoon, and follow the best-before guidance on the jar. For the best flavour and texture, enjoy within 3–4 days.

Damaged or compromised orders

Because the products are fresh and perishable, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. If a jar arrives damaged, leaking or otherwise compromised, contact us promptly through our contact page or the order-confirmation channel. Include the order number and clear photos of the jar and outer packaging. Once reviewed, an eligible claim will be resolved with a replacement; availability and delivery eligibility apply.
